Insulated Glass
 

Insulated Glass (IG) operations must ensure that the glass entering the plant is free of glass defects, coating defects, edge/corner defects and conforms to requisite length, width and squareness specifications.  Dark Field's NxtGen™ Cut Sheet or NxtGen™ Coated Glass systems can be deployed at the beginning of the line to ensure quality.

Dark Field's NxtGen™ IG system is used to detect wet out voids, necking and other PIB/Silicone defects at the end of the line and ensures there is no material in the viewable area.
