Communication Links and Digital Outputs (Panel Reject)
 

NxtGen™ systems provide serial, digital, analog and customized links and interfaces with plant plc’s, networks and equipment. Panel or sheet reject signals may be enabled based on defect size, proximity, density/cluster, severity and many more criteria. Digital outputs for panel reject or enabling a spray marker or tab thrower are available.

Data file structure is XML, compatible with almost all commercially available data base and statistical packages.
